- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude rediculous people I was over drafted 2 times for the same transaction and when I stood my ground and called them out on the 66, when it was supposed to be 33 late charge the woman got an attitude with me. And they say you have 24 hrs to correct an overdraft but you only have until the end of their business day at 5pm and sometimes they lock the doors at 4:45pm so I uber ed to the bank for no reason! I even tried to put the money in the atm to deposit But because the bank takes 24hrs to process that I was still overdrafted When I work until 445 how am I supposed to correct it? And if I get the money deposited in the atm why am I being punished for great westerns delay on processing? Terrible bussnesses. Wells Fargo may charge 13 per months for having an account but at least they give you more than the end of their bussnesses day to correct an overdraft, they go by percentage and by how long you have been over drafted. Thats more fair, being the fact that banks take time to process numbers, because it's all by computer. that should land on the bank not the customer.By Lacey McCormick, November 23, 2016
