  I have a w8 Passat and the are has 129000 miles. I understand it's a rare car. But it runs grate and it looks nice as well. I talked to a guy in the one and he was very helpfull but when I went in a guy named Benbdidnt want to help me at all. He didn't get in the car or even start it. He walked around it one time and said w8 is the worst motor ever put in a vw and told me my car was basically junk he had horrible people skills and was rude in every since of the word. I would never again recommend or return to any of there astablishments there bwas a Tahoe and a Camaro in three time worse condition there for sale . I was going to return for my car the same day and buy two cars as well and he refused to even make me an offer. When I tryed to let him know what my plan of action was he turned his head and walked away. Very rude and cost by company my loan money and two sales. I would never have hired BEN. Don't go to mesa auto they don't help and they give loans based on personal preference.

  Worst customer service EVER! As a new potential customer, I would expect someone to talk me into buying a car... instead, I talked to Perry (The sales manager), and he made me feel like I was the lowest person on earth. I've been in the customer service industry most of my life, and for a sales manager to talk to me the way I was trained NOT to talk to potential customers, as well as current customers, all I can say is WOW! I wouldn't suggest Massa Auto to anyone. I found out some friends of mine also had problems with Massa. They purchased used vehicles that looked good, but turned out to have major problems with them. The moral of the story: "Buyer be ware"... That is what, as it turns out, Perry told these people. When you buy from Massa Auto... BUYER BE WARE!!! Better yet, don't even go there, because they obviously don't care about non-customers. Perry, the sales manager made sure that was clear. Several times.
