- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I had sent in fingerprints to be processed for a new employee on February 19, 2013, it is now May 8, 2013. I called CBI (and was on hold for 18 minutes) to find out the status of the fingerprints and was told that they are processing fingerprints that were received the first week of December 2012 so it would be several more weeks before they got to February's prints. I asked if there was someone I could complain to regarding the wait time, the operator suggested I talk with her supervisor. She put me thru to his extension, it was picked up by voicemail and I was informed that that person's mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message. This is what our state agencies have come to?? So much for service. All of you that have to wait to start a job until your background check has come back "good luck".By LInda Bakas, July 05, 2017
