  I always have a great time here! I feel respected and valued and listened to. I got a great deal on my 2017 GTI and have brought it in twice for service and service-related things. Everyone is so nice, and even as a walk-in I'm still in and out really quickly. I'm definitely a customer for life!

  Just spent 5 hours here, what a waste of time. I realize I don't have great credit but the offer they gave me on my trade-in was ridiculous. Especially when they are the ones that took advantage of our situation when we needed a van for my son and his wheelchair in a hurry. Ya think they would have tried to make good on the bad deal they gave us then, by helping us out now. Not ever going back, they are not a reputable business. They got us in by sending us an offer to get out of our upside-down loan they got us into and then change the offer. Too bad we can't leave the stars blank or give negative stars!

Colin is an extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest sales representative, and the entire staff made us feel like family. I'm quite certain that, with my credit on the mend, without their going the extra mile on my behalf, I would not have been able to purchase my beautiful new car with the terms they got me.
