- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I emailed this company from their website and got no response over a week's time. I called to let them know I didn't get a response for a week and that I wanted to set up services with them for my small business and also for personal tax advising, estate planning, etc. I was told they were definitely taking new clients and that I needed to speak with John and that she would pass my information along. She said to expect a phone call later in the day. That was Tuesday morning … I am writing this on midday Friday - nothing. I guess if this is the indication of service I would be getting as a customer, I will take my business elsewhere. :( The extra star is because a human answered the phone.By Andrea White, December 18, 2016
