- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst bank I have ever worked with. They recently wrote a vehicle loan for me. After trying to register I was told the bank had not filed proper papers. After calling multiple time & speaking with my initial loan officer I was assured it had been taken care of. It hadn't been. I finally went to the branch manager Roberto who literally told me "get in line, we've had several problems" I asked when it would be taken care of... again I was assured it would all be handled by the next business day. 3 business days later I still could not get ahold of him or get my problem resolved. I am not taking my loan elsewhere. Absolutely most incompetent bank I have ever delt with!!!By A Google User, November 03, 2016
